Return And Refunds
In order to exercise the right of cancellation and return your order, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous statement. You can use the standard cancellation form in our Terms of Service, but it is not mandatory.
If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.
We will refund your money no later than 14 days after the day we have received your notice to cancel the agreement of purchase. We will give the refund back to the same means of payment, you used when completing the original transaction.

Furthermore, the products must be in the same condition as when you received it. When you return products, you will have to pay the returning cost yourself.
